This is the lyrics of the Ambassador Mars song that shows the determination and strong will of students from 28 state universities in Indonesia, namely UI, UNPAD, ITB, ITS, IPB, UB, UGM, UIN JKT, UNJ, UPI, UNTIRTA, UNSYIAH, UR, USU, UNILA, UNCEN, UNTAD, UNHAS, UNDIP, UNSRAT, UNDANA, UNMUL, UNUD, UNAND, UNPATTI, UPR, UNAIR, and UNSRI. From 2 to 8 March 2016, 233 students were brought together at GDW Business Accommodation, Sentul, West Java, Indonesia.

The programme that brought them together was called "The Ambassador BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Camp I Batch 2." This programme is very much needed by students in honing various abilities that exist within themselves, which sometimes have not been realized by the students themselves, such as communication skills, presentations, to self-management to increase the potential that exists within students.

The hidden abilities of these students are seen as an opportunity by the Karya Semba Empat (KSE) Foundation and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to be supported by PT Mandiri Investment Management, PT Trimegah Asset Management, PT Samuel Asset Management, PT Danareksa Investment Management, PT Bahana TCW Investment Management, PT Panin Asset Management, PT BNP Paribas Investment Partners, PT Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management, PT Syailendra Capital and PT First State Investment Indonesia.

As facilitators in this activity were Mr Hari Subagya and Mr Cahyana Puthut Wijanarka from the People Develop People (PDP) Team so that the activities that lasted for one week provided solid and optimal results. In addition, the activity was also filled with material from Mr M. Adityawarman, S.Psi., Mr M.M., Dodo Suharto, Mr Maman Miraz and Mr Didin Haryono from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Also presenting were motivator Mr Ivan Deva and KSE Supervisory Board members Mr Satriadi Indarmawan and Mr Tatan A. Taufik. The adaptation of students as participants in this programme is quite rapid, because they are able to adapt within a day with the time discipline applied so that participants can understand that time is something very valuable. In addition to discipline, the committee also organised a series of materials through KSE, PDP, BPJS Employment, and Investment Management Companies to stimulate the mindset of participants to adapt to today's changing world.

On the first day, participants were trained in leadership and togetherness through the concept of miniature Indonesia by dividing the group into three major provinces, namely North Sumatra, East Kalimantan, and West Papua. After the election of the governor of each province, the group was split into six districts, with a composition of two districts per province. The selection of the Batch 2 Presidential Ambassadors was held on the fifth day so that their leadership character could be seen first during the programme from the first day. The concept of miniature Indonesia carries the value of Unity in Diversity, as a manifestation of the unity of students from all over Indonesia, regardless of their regional origin. In addition, participants were also introduced to the mirror concept, where each participant must have a partner during the camp to train togetherness in everything they do.
