She is currently the VP Institutional Equity Sales of PT Morgan Stanley Asia Indonesia. Previously, he had a career in various companies including: as VP at PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2008-2011), Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young (2006-2008), Computer Program Developer at PT Worxcode Imagineering Indonesia (2003-2004) and as Assistant Lecturer at Indonusa Esa Unggul University (2001-2002). He holds a master's degree in business from the University of New South Wales and a bachelor's degree in information systems from Bina Nusantara University.

She currently serves as Head of Intermediary Business at PT Schroders Indonesia. Prior to joining Schroders, he was Head of Equity (Director) at Credit Suisse Indonesia. She has 12 years of experience in the Indonesian capital market. She was involved in many capital market landmark transactions during her tenure at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank (5 years), Macquarie capital (1 year), and Mandiri Sekuritas (3 years). Felita graduated cum laude from the University of Indonesia with a Bachelor of Economics (majoring in Accounting).

He has been President of Bukalapak since 2020 where he controls corporate finance, customer satisfaction management, legal and investment in Bukalapak. Prior to joining Bukalapak, he was Head of Intermediary Business at Schroders Indonesia. He also held 8 positions (2006-2014) as Head of Equity Research at Credit Suisse Indonesia. He started his career as a lecturer and has more than 11 years of experience in capital market and asset management. He earned his Ph.D in Economics at the University of Sydney in 2005.

She is a Lecturer at FEB UI, especially in the field of strategic management and Organization Behavior from 1996-current. In addition, she is also active in various activities in the field of consultancy, training and assessment at the Management Institute, FEB UI. He has served as Secretary of the Faculty and Head of Planning and Development of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (FEB-UI). He received his Doctorate of Management Science, Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. 2003, Master of Applied Commerce, Melbourne University, Australia. and 1996, Bachelor of Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. Concentration in Financial Management.

She currently serves as Director Corporate Finance & Investor Relations of Bukalapak from 2018 - present. Previously he worked as AVP Corporate Finance & Business Development at CT CORPORA from August 2013 - August 2018, Equity Research Analyst Credit Suisse from August 2007 - August 2013, and BSc (Hons) First Class Degree, Mathematics with Business and Management in Kingston University from 2003 - 2007. She graduated as Bachelor of Science (BSc), Mathematics with Business and Management, Dean's List in Grand Valley State University 2004 and International Students Foundation Program, Business and Management in Kingston College 2002 - 2003.
