Currently, she works at PT Credit Suisse Securities Indonesia as Director of Research. Previously, she worked in several companies, including: Citi Investment Research, Bahana Securities and at Pentasena Arthasentosa. she holds a master's degree in marketing from San Francisco University and a bachelor's degree in finance from California State University.

She is a Lecturer at FEB UI, especially in the field of strategic management and Organization Behavior from 1996-current. In addition, she is also active in various activities in the field of consultancy, training and assessment at the Management Institute, FEB UI. He has served as Secretary of the Faculty and Head of Planning and Development of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (FEB-UI). He received his Doctorate of Management Science, Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. 2003, Master of Applied Commerce, Melbourne University, Australia. and 1996, Bachelor of Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia.
