After attending the Indofood Leadership Camp 1 BISMA Batch VIII training, hundreds of Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) scholarship recipients who entered the BISMA programme (Beasiswa Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.), were selected again to attend BISMA Leadership Camp 2. 86 students from 15 universities namely UI, UNJ, IPB, UNPAD, UGM, UNDIP, ITS, UNAND, USU, UNMUL, UNPAR, UNUD, UNSRAT and UNDANA were selected based on their activeness, discipline and leadership talents.

The opening ceremony of the selected participants was held during the continuation of the Indofood Leadeship Camp 2 BISMA Batch VIII at Agrotourism Salatiga, Kopeng - Central Java on 25-30 April 2016. Upon arrival, the participants were conditioned and given health checks by a team of officers.

Furthermore, Joseph Bataona as Director of Human Resource PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, gave a speech and officially opened the Indofood Leadership Camp 2. 

Indofood Leadership Camp 2 is indeed somewhat different from the previous Indofood Leadership concepts. Now, the training is fully targeted to form a stronger leadership spirit. In accordance with these expectations, this training is supported by bringing in various trainers and combined materials that support the formation of leadership, especially in a more professional direction. Several trainers with various backgrounds were brought in, including People Develop People (PDP), Practitioners from Indofood, Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat and Assistance from Officers (BISMA graduates). Even Indofood also participated in bringing in the managerial team to HRD to share providing professional management of a company. The KSE Foundation also provided motivational sharing from its administrators and founders. The following is the presentation:

PT INDOFOOD SUKSES MAKMUR Tbk.

The managerial team of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. tries to introduce the company's managerial insights. It is hoped that participants can form managerial thought patterns and prepare managerial insights and techniques needed to become company leaders. Mr Joni (Head of Learning & Development Corp. Human Resource) clearly divided into several sessions, gave a presentation on Mind Mapping. In addition, Mrs Dwi S. Irianing sing also had the opportunity to provide knowledge about "Melek Gizi" as basic knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle with the right food.

PEOPLE DEVELOP PEOPLE (PDP)

Next, is to create a leader character that has a Professional and Positive Thinking spirit. The points of leadership formation that have been obtained previously are harmonised and presented professionally by the People Develop People (PDP) team. Hari Subagya and Cahyana Puthut Wijanarka, the PDP retainer, explained the importance of professional development for a successful leader. Various materials provided such as "Breaking the Barrier Change", Change to Success, Succsess to Change, Building Self Confidence and Presentation Skill, FGD and Interview Technique, Project Analysis and Planning to hold a National Seminar.

In addition to the indoor activities, Guguh Unggul, Kukuh W, and the rest of the PDP team, organised Outbound activities which challenged creativity and solid teamwork. Another training activity organised by PDP was Social Activity and Positive Fighter. This time the concept applied was; the participants were challenged to conduct an FGD entitled National Seminar which would be held by themselves. The results of the FGD were presented to the KSE Board, Indofood Management and PDP to choose who deserved the theme of the National Seminar.

In addition, the participants conducted FGDs to carry out social implementation which became the target to carry out a positive fighter the next day. In this Positive Fighter, the participants are required to learn to survive (survival) without relying on any facilities (mobile phones and money). The participants are only equipped with identity cards in completing the targets given by the mentors. From the results of this Positive Fighter, an extraordinary archivement can produce 2x the initial target of getting Rp. 12,348,500, -. The results of the Positive Fighter were applied to social activities, the results of the previous day's FGD.

With these activities, it is expected to create these professional leaders who are able to think creatively and think positively. In addition, with this activity, it can provide them with motivation for success with the awareness of serving the community in planning for the future.

YAYASAN KARYA SALEMBE EMPAT (KSE)

Sharing experiences, sharing about success is also done by the founders and administrators of Karya Salemba Empat Foundation. With the sharing of Success & Care for the Future of Indonesian Education (KSE), Satriadi Indarmawan as KSE Supervisor provided motivation and enthusiasm to achieve their success. He also invited the participants to jointly spread the seeds of the virus of goodness, namely the virus of educating the nation's life. In addition, Hengky Poerwowidagdo as KSE Chief Operating Officer explained about KSE Scholarship Management and the importance of sharing and networking to achieve success.

The closing ceremony was solemnly held by singing the BISMA and Indonesia Raya songs. There were also remarks from Mr Tatan A. Taufik - Board of Trustees of Karya Salemba Empat Foundation. Deni Puspahadi as Head of CSR Corp. Communication Indofood and Hengky Poerwowidagdo as Chief Operating Officer of KSE.

The awarding of certificates to participants interspersed with the reading of the Participant Commitment was the closing ceremony of the Indofood Leadership Camp 3 Batch VIII.
