In order to accommodate the younger generation to face the challenges of an increasingly dynamic world of work, the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation together with Deutsche Bank held a virtual Career Coaching through the Zoom Meeting Application on Wednesday 29 November 2023. The activity, which carried the theme "Ace Your Job Search", involved 170 active students who received KSE scholarships spread across 35 universities throughout Indonesia. The main mission behind this career coaching is to provide insights, skills, and the best strategies in welcoming future career challenges.

Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) with the support of Give2Asia Foundation held another Face-to-Face event at the University of Education Indonesia (UPI) Campus, Bandung. The series of materials presented at this activity were "Mental Health" by Dr. Karina Kalani Firdaus, SpKj, "Powerful Communication" by Sinta Setyaningsih, "KSE Value, Organization and Leadership Skill" by Mr. Salusra Satria and "Company Profile BTI & Choosing the right Career" by the BTI Executive Search Team. This activity was held on 24-26 November 2023. This activity was attended by 135 KSE scholarship recipients from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), Padjadjaran University (UNPAD), Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), North Sumatra University (USU), Parahyangan University (UNPAR) and ITHB, Bandung. The 28 of them are general students from UPI.

This Financial Literacy and Investment Games activity was held on Saturday, 25 November 2023 at 13.00 to 17.00 WIB. This activity was attended by officials and employees from PT UBS Sekuritas Indonesia, PT BNI Sekuritas, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat. This activity was attended by 93 students from UPI, UNPAD, ITB, USU, ITHB and UKP.

Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat together with Paguyuban KSE BARAYA conducted Coaching with the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) method which was held in Bandung. This coaching was conducted for 3 days on 21 - 23 November 2023. This activity was attended by 30 KSE ITB students, 41 KSE UNPAD students and 42 KSE UPI students.

The Coaching & FGD of the KSE UI Association was held at the KSE Office, Jakarta on 18-19 November 2023. This activity was attended by 47 students of the KSE UI Association. The event was opened by Mr Hengky Poerwowidagdo as Chief Operating Officer (COO) Karya Salemba Empat. Some of the materials received by participants during the activity were "Personal Dream", "Development of Community Development Programs", "Technology Development Planning for Indonesia", "Hope for the Community". This Paguyuban Coaching & FGD was held on Saturday, 18 November 2023 at the Happy Creative Hub.
