
A total of 64 best students from 13 state universities in Indonesia attended XL Future Leaders Camp III & IV training on 22-27 April 2015 at Grha XL Mega Kuningan and Cibubur Campground, Jakarta. XL Future Leaders Camp III & IV was held as a continuation of XL Future Leaders The Scholarship programme. The 64 students have passed the selection and assessment from KSE, AKMIL, XL, and the trainers at the previous XL Future Leaders Camp I & II at Magelang Military Academy.
Sixty-four students were educated for six days by people who are experienced in their fields, with materials that aim to form students who have integrity as a provision to become graduates desired by dream companies and know the passion in themselves so as to provide positive energy also to their environment. As well as building individual figures who love the nation and state and contribute to Indonesia by applying appropriate technological innovations for the community.
This education or training was taught by PT XL Axiata Tbk Leaders, including
- Rahmadi Mulyohartono (Sr GM Network Planning) yang membawakan materi Inovasi XL
- Lita Kumala Dewi (Manager People Development) yang membawakan materi Employability Skill
- Dwi Kartika Sari (Lead Facilitator XL Future Leaders Global Thinking) yang membawakan materi Communication Skil for Smart Interview and Presentation
- Sulhiyah (Learning Operation) dan Elsa Nadia (Talent Management) yang membawakan materi XL Apprentice dan XL Young Talent
In addition, the trainers and resource persons from
- People Develop People (PDP) including Cahyana Puthut Wijanarka and Hari Subagya who provided training on mentality, attitude, motivation, and communication.
- KSE Foundation including Satriadi Indarmawan (Chairman of the Supervisory Board) who opened participants' minds to the challenges of Future Leaders, Ami Tantri (Vice Chairman), Hengky Poerwowidagdo (Head of Operations), and Christian Somali (Donor Relations).
- KSE Alumni Association who provided Coaching in preparation for entering the world of work.
Activities are not only carried out indoors, but also outdoors such as Positive Fighter where participants are required to be creative and brave in finding funds to be used to finance the social projects they have planned:
- XLamp - Alternative lamps for coastal communities by utilising sea water as an energy source.
- XLing Machine - Seed Pressing Machine as an effort to develop Corn Emping UMKM in Tajen Village, Rembang.
These are the 2 programmes selected by XL panelists at the XL Future Leaders Innovation programme presentation at the end of XL Future Leaders Camp III & IV.
