"Event : Realising Sharing, Networking and Developing as Future Provisions in the Industrial World" & "Career Coaching: Training to Enter the World of Work"

University of Indonesia-Depok, 11-12 October 2014. PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk, PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk, Give2Asia and Paguyuban Alumni KSE in collaboration with Yayasan Karya Salemba Embat (KSE) held a "Face to Face and Career Coaching" event for KSE Scholarship recipients for the 2014-2015 academic year. The speakers were Hadi Purnama Widjaja (Chief Human Resources Officer) and Felix Hibono (Vice President Corporate Affairs) of PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk, Timothy Oyong (Director of Human Resources Development) of PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk, Ella Nusantoro (Donor Relation of KSE Foundation), Agus Herjan (Supply Chain Collaboration Manager) of PT Tirta Investama (Danone Aqua), Rosmalita (Directorate of Student Affairs of University of Indonesia) and friends of KSE Alumni Association.

The first day of the series of Face-to-Face and Career Coaching activities this time, opened with singing the Indonesia Raya Song followed by the KSE Mars which was enthusiastically sung by 230 participants of this activity, including students from the University of Indonesia (UI), Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB), Jakarta State University (UNJ), Padjadjaran University (UNPAD), and representatives from Udayana University (UNUD). Then the first opening by Fikri Khoirur Rizal AbdulQohar as the Chairman of the KSE UI Association, then remarks by Anggita Gigih Wahyu Iriawan as a representative of the KSE Alumni Association and Ella Nusantoro as a representative of the KSE Foundation as KSE Donor Relations.

The next activity was the handover of symbols from the Donors to student representatives, namely from Give2Asia giving Scholarship Symbolism to IPB Student Representatives, PT. Arwana Citramulia Tbk. to UI Students, PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk. to UNPAD Students, KSE Alumni Association to UNJ Students. Followed by the handover of souvenirs from KSE to all Donors who were present who were also resource persons at this activity.

The event that was awaited was a talk show with speakers from two major companies in the industrial world in Indonesia, where PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk. which is engaged in the ceramic industry and sells its products in the country. As well as PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk, which is a leading provider of mobile telecommunications products and services in Indonesia, in accordance with the theme of this Face-to-Face Meeting, namely "Realising Sharing, Networking, and Developing in the Industrial World". The first talk show was about the Company Profile, Vision, Mission, and Activities of PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk, followed by PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk, then an explanation from Ella Nusantoro about how KSE can have great Donors who never get tired of continuing to work together for the sake of continuing all the activities that KSE has carried out for all KSE Scholarship recipients now and in the future. Not to forget the enthusiastic question and answer session between the Face-to-Face participants and the resource persons present.

The next event was the provision of material on "Career Paths" given by Agus Herjan as Supply Chain Collaboration Manager of PT Tirta Investama, better known as Danone Aqua. In this session the participants were also quite enthusiastic to ask the resource person about the stages of a career starting from the beginning to what we can later achieve.

The KSE Alumni Association also provided material that was no less interesting than other speakers, namely "Overview of the Selection Process for Entering the World of Work" delivered by Gabe Taruli Yoshiko Damanik.

On the second day, which is the day that is certainly awaited by all Career Coaching participants. The participants were limited to 70 students who were at least in semester 6, and only from 3 (three) State Universities, including UI, IPB and UNJ.

The first activity was to hold a simulation of FGD Career Coaching, where the participants were divided into 10 groups and accompanied by several KSE Alumni Association people to guide according to the predetermined theme. Then do not forget the evaluation of the FGD.

Roleplay Interview followed by Interview Simulation was the next stage of activities, where on this second day all activities had been arranged in such a way by friends of the KSE Alumni Association. And at the end of the activity, the evaluation of the whole event was carried out, led by Dewi Rafiantini from Standard Charter and Rewarding.
