The opening of the Career Coaching and Business Coaching event was opened by Muhammad Qistyan Purwa Putera as chairman of the KSE Alumni Association who delivered introductory material to the alumni association. The event continued with a talk show moderated by Ivan Giovani and resource persons Ade Yohanda and Frisca Khairunnisa on "Preparing for The Future through Education". During the talk show, many questions arose about business and careers. This event was also attended by UR and UNSYIAH scholarship recipients.
This series of CC and BC activities continued on Sunday 22 October 2017 which was held in Building B, Andalas University. To be able to take part in the Career and Business Coaching activities, participants must submit a CV and Cover Letter for the CC requirements and a business proposal for Business Coaching. The activity on this Sunday is giving CC and BC materials in 2 different rooms. Career Coaching activities are carried out in room B1.7 while Business Coaching is carried out in room B1.6.
The Career Coaching activity started at 08.00 WIB, opened by the MC and continued with the provision of material on "Tips and Tricks to Succeed in Writing and Verbal Job Recruitment Test" after delivering the material, the facilitators of the Career Coaching activity provided a good Focus Group Discussion and Interview simulation. before participants undertake an FGD and Interview. After the simulation the participants were divided into nine groups and distributed to 5 different classes to conduct FGDs and Interviews. At the end of the event, an evaluation of the simulation results was carried out and motivation was provided to the participants by the facilitator.
Business Coaching activities are carried out in room B1.6 and start at 08.00 WIB. The event was opened by the MC and continued with the presentation of material on how to start a business with non-capital, then the Lean Capital Canvas material. After delivering the material, the practice of Lean Modal Canvas was carried out and continued with a Pitching simulation. At the end of the event, participants shared their business with the facilitator.
After the Career Coaching and Business Coaching activities closed at 15.00 WIB, a group photo was taken between the participants, facilitator and committee.
