PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) and Karya Salemba Empat held the "INALUM Leadership Camp I Batch I" activity which was held at the Raz Residence Hotel, Medan - North Sumatra on 18 - 25 September 2019. This activity was attended by 96 participants consisting of the University of North Sumatra (USU) 49 students, North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU) 22 students and Medan State University (UNIMED) 25 students.

This activity began on Wednesday 18 September 2019 by receiving material from Mr Satriadi Indarmawan entitled "Live and Love". Material about how participants can understand how to synchronise the mind, heart and body so that impossible goals can become possible and this material also teaches participants to always be grateful. And continued with the material "Millennial Generation Challenges".

On the second day, the opening ceremony of this Camp activity was attended by the CSR Manager of PT INALUM, Mr Ismail Midi and PT INALUM staff and attended by the Chairman of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation Mr Marsangap P. Tamba, KSE Chief Operating Officer Mr Hengky Poerwowidagdo and KSE Staff. In addition, there was also a Talkshow session entitled "Leadership". In the afternoon INALUM provided material on "Company Profile & Core Base Management INALUM" by Mr Alif Zulfahmi as Public Relations Supervisor of PT INALUM and "Overview of INALUM CSR Program" by Mr Thaofan Dinar Ekosyahputra as CSR Officer of PT INALUM. In the evening received material from Colonel George Royke, explaining how to love NKRI from small things such as always preserving and protecting the environment, stop hoaxes, mutual tolerance towards others, menajauhi drugs, pornography and promiscuity and always maintain the unity and unity of Indonesia.

Friday, 20 September 2019 received material from Colonel George Royke on "National Insight". Then Mr. Hari Subagya provided material on "Basic Mentality for Behaviour Change Towards Self-Effectiveness" and "Your Journey to the Ultimate". After getting material from Mr Hari, then the material was returned by Colonel George Royke Deksino regarding a process that uses a 3rd party as a substitute for fighting each other directly. It was also explained about Indonesia in responding to this Proxy War.

On the fourth day Mrs Vivid Argarini gave material on "Communication & Information" and "Intercultural Communication". Then received material on "Creative Thinking" from Mr Hari Subagya. In the evening, we received material from Mr Tjutjut Bramantoro with the title "Design for Life I" on Body, Heart, Taste and Treasure.

On the next day, Mr Tjutjut Bramantoro gave the material "Design for Life II". Followed by Mr Sujarwo with the material title "360 Degree Leadership" and "Leadership in Community". Furthermore, in the evening received material "Foster Sister" this material was presented by KSE Alumni, foster sisters act as mentors and motivators who will later assist and build a map of the foster sister's life through sharing with foster sisters, as well as foster sisters to make a plan when in the association will contribute what.

On Monday 23 September, the Camp participants received the material "KSE Organization" presented by Mr Hengky Poerwowidagdo, with the aim that the participants know how the KSE organisation works, get to know the leaders and staff of KSE and how KSE and the Association work together so that the participants are expected to participate in the Association. In addition, 13.jpgUNIMED and UINSU as new families of the KSE Association are expected to be able to form a KSE Association on their respective campuses and can contribute to the campus and community. Furthermore, they received material from Mr Bambang Sarwo Eddy (TWC) with the material "Principles of Tourism Village / Balkondes Formation. Participants were opened up about how the principles of Tourism Village Formation (Balai Ekonomi Desa) through what the speaker has done in his work as an observer of the tourist area, namely Borobudur Temple, the largest Buddhist temple in the world. Participants also received material on "Development and Empowerment of Tourism Village Communities" and "Goal-Based Project Planning" by Mr TO Suprapto (Joglo Tani).

The day before the end of the camp, the participants again received material from Mr Hengky Poerwowidagdo with the title of the material "Sharing KSE Association". And then received material presented by Mr TO Suprapto regarding the basics of entrepreneurship in agricultural cultivation which is the basic capital for the participants to be applied in the project that will be done together with INALUM. After obtaining material on Bina Desa I Planning, the participants were directed to discuss Bina Desa projects that would be implemented in the area around PT Inalum. Participants were divided into several groups and before the discussion began the participants were first opened to the results of the survey of brother and sister with INALUM about the condition of the areas around PT Inalum. The participants were given the opportunity to present their respective group projects. Presentations and projects were assessed by 4 judges who provided criticism and suggestions.

On the last day of 25 September 2019 the participants rushed to the PT. INALUM (Persero) Factory. Here the participants received a welcome and material "Introduction to the Profile of PT. INALUM (Persero). Furthermore, camp participants visited the INALUM Factory in Kuala Tanjung which was guided directly by Inalum Staff. Participants were shown how the process in the factory and the facilities owned by Inalum, namely the Port, Station and other facilities.

After running all the training activities for 8 days, the participant representatives made presentations on all activities and ended with a closing ceremony and group photos. Then all participants returned to their respective campuses with the buses that had been provided.
