Universitas Cendrawasih, Papua - 29 September 2016. CLSA Indonesia together with Karya Salemba Empat Foundation conducted a Face-to-Face Meeting and Communication and Leadership Seminar attended by KSE scholarship students from UNCEN. A total of 60 students attended the opening ceremony which began with an Interactive Dialogue with the theme "Creating Quality Human Resources through Education" with speakers Prof.Dr. Onesimus Sahuleka, SH, M.Hum (Rector of UNCEN), Helmi Setiawan (General Affairs Manager of Karya Salemba Empat Foundation). The importance of education is key and global competition such as the AEC is a challenge for the next generation of the nation to be an interesting discussion presented by the two speakers. Followed by the closing of the interactive dialogue by Satriadi Indarmawan (Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation).

Following up on the participants' understanding of improving the quality of human resources, KSE together with experienced trainers provided soft skills that are expected to be useful to develop these students to become young people who have strong integrity, nationalism and love for the country, high quality Future Leaders and have good communication skills.

The first day session began with a Leadership Workshop led by Trainer Ermy Winarjati who provided theories and Leadership Methods that could be applied and trained to become future leaders who were tough and had good integrity in leading and being led. "Leadership is how we influence others to get positive and empowering values," said Ermy Winarjati with enthusiasm.

Furthermore, Satriadi Indarmawan, who is usually called Dadit, continued to provide material in line with the theme of Ermy Winarjadi's session, namely "Future Leaders". Future Leaders is a material that has a very interesting and unique method because it uses discussion and problem solving methods and questions and answers. One of the interesting things is the discussion about humans influencing each other which is related to physics.

The second day session of the Communication Skill Workshop was no less interesting than the first day, starting with the provision of motivation and learning methods by Ivandeva Irwantoro with the title "Observe, Experience, Hone". Ivandeva tried to inspire the participants to want to go deeper in developing skills according to their passion. The learning method is to observe as deeply as possible, followed by experiencing the learning process seriously and honing it with the frequency as often as possible.

Ermy Winarjati also returned by presenting Communication Skill material, providing material that applies good and correct public speaking practices. Furthermore, the material from Satriadi Indarmawan with the title "Time is Grace". He revealed that KSE runs with friendship. The cooperation with many scholarship donors, including CLSA Bank Indonesia, happened because of friendship. With friendship, more opportunities open up in any field.

The closing of the event was very memorable because together we sang the song GAC - Bahagia. A very inspiring song to bring up the spirit and also always be happy in living and filling our lives.
